I've lived in this area over 50 years and have gone through a few mechanics. This company is extremely honest, thorough and professional. Their rates are very reasonable and turn around is very quick. They will treat your vehicle like they were putting their own family behind the wheel. You can't get better than this shop. I wish I could give more stars!!!!
Car repairs are nothing but trouble. Not only do you usually have to deal with a shifty-eyed dude named Steve who tells you your transmission needs to be replaced when all you came for was an oil change at 7:59 am, but you also have to fork over hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars to get it done. It's one of life's worst nuisances, but unfortunately, a necessary evil.
That's why I recommend Total Automotive for the job, big or small because they will not do this to you at all!

Absolutely the BEST repair shop in NW Arkansas. Great service, very fair pricing, I did not have to go back to get the original problem fixed again like other places I've taken my car to. I called, got in quickly, car was fixed correctly and people are very nice. I've sent friends there and they feel the same way. A+++
Total Automotive has been fantastic. They are responsive, professional, polite, and informative. Their prices are better than the competition, but the quality of work is just as high or higher and honestly are MUCH nicer to deal with than any other repair shop I have used in the past.
