I have used Car Clinic for the maintenance on my vehicles for a few years now. I know that they will inspect every aspect and tell me exactly what I do or do not need. Recently, I needed tires on my camper and they went to great lengths to make sure it was done before I needed. Great staff, friendly service, knowledgeable techs.
Honest, trustworthy, provides all options and scenarios to ensure best decisions. Good things are cheap; and cheap things aren't good. I know working with Car Clinic is not always the best fire sale discount available in town when my service needs arise. However, I have come to TRUST that Neil and his team have a level of expertise to assess and complete an honest job. That's why I continue to invest in quality service and expertise for our family vehicles through Car Clinic.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but I was highly disappointed. My car broke down and I had it towed here because of the awesome reviews they had, right! WELL I was aware of the "full diagnostic" was going to be $99 BUT they could no finish the diagnostic until I paid to replace my battery and the labor so THEY can finish the "diagnostic"! Total amount was going to be about $800 if it was the alternator as well. Made some calls and everyone said that this is ridiculous and to tell them to not do anything. I had someone pick it up instead. Needless to say they charged me $60 for the diagnostic for the battery because it was dead? AND because they worked on that for an hour? Yeah to check the battery was dead it took an hour? The new place I took it to said the battery is NOT dead and they will charge me $300 for the job. I will absolutely NOT recommend this place that takes advantage of people to anyone for sure! Please avoid and look at alternatives.
Have lived all over America and have never had as positive of an experience with a mechanic as I did with the people at NWA CAR CLINIC. Everywhere I move...one of the chores is finding a mechanic you can trust. I FOUND THEM! First and foremost...the work they did on our Prius was effective along with priced fairly. But they went above and beyond. When I think of my experience words like integrity, kindness, and helpful come to mind. I would recommend anyone take advantage of this great company and have already began recommending them to friends, family, and people in our church. Nobody ever wants to have to go to the mechanic...but if you do...this is the place to go.
They were effective, efficient, and they knew their stuff. The lady manning the desk was cordial and professional. If your car is acting up and you don't want to get cheated or suffer never having the problem solved go here. They know their stuff.
