Chicken was okay. The sides were old and tasted funny. 2 stars are for how nice the guy was to me.
Drive thru service took 15 mins to get order. Got home and found out I received different chicken than what I ordered. Likely they were out of grilled and substituted without telling me. The chicken I received was very old and dry. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Food was overcooked, chewy, and tasted as if it was cooked at noon while still served at 5PM!
It's greasy it makes me sick everytime I eat it but I still gots to go once a year.
My boyfriend and I just moved into the area. Both of us love kfc and have been to this location several times. Every visit, and I mean EVERY VISIT, there has been at least 1 mistake on our order if not more. Leaving items out or giving us a completely different thing that we ordered. We have never complained or got out order fixed because we typically use drive thru and don’t notice until we get home. Last night after being fed up, my boyfriend went back to the location to get our order fixed. I will be taking the extra miles to the Rogers location instead of this one, and I would recommend every time to do the same. If it would allow me to I would’ve given 0 stars!!!!
