I called Randy Pruitt Plumbing because my hot water heater exploded and I needed it replaced ASAP. The shut off valve was broken so we had to shut off all the water to the house. It was early morning but he came over and gave me a quote, said he could replace it today since it was an emergency. His price to replace the water heater, shut off valve, parts and labor couldn’t be beat!! He went and finished a job he was already working on, came back and fixed everything. He was wonderful!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, honest, quick and most of all reliable. Randy even took the time to call me from the other job and let me know he would be finished with that job and be back in a couple of hours. I truly appreciate everything you did for us today.
