They are by far the best...BEST used car dealer by far. I am on my 2nd vehicle from them. I have yet to walk in there and not buy a car/truck. They don't work with you, they work FOR you. Chad is my go to dealer now. They worked past closing to get the deal I wanted. Purchased my Mazda Speed 3 on December 23, 2015. Had an issue with it (rain issues that insurance covered) but they sent a mechanic TO MY HOUSE to investigate it! Customer Service goes a long ways and they have it! See you guys soon!
Worst experience ever had in buying vehicle did not even have the truck for 30 days and the engine was bad so now I’m stuck with the new truck with a bad engine Had to fix it myself so if you’re smart take your money somewhere else it took me getting a attorney just for them to help me with $500 and that don’t even pay for quarter of it so thank about it when you buy from these people.thanks !
I was always told if you buy used car you're buying someone else's problem. Over the years of buying used cars I found this statement so true. 2 years after buying my car at Bagwell it broke down on me outside of Missouri not knowing they had a mechanic there I took it to a shop in Bentonville called Bill's Automotive they told me what was wrong with it and what had to be done apparently they misdiagnosed my car fix the problem they said was wrong and it was still unresponsive dead in the water. So after talking to bagwell's they told me they have one of the best mechanics so I talked to him. He made a pretty speech so I thought I'd see if could back it up with the work paid what I owed at the other shop had it towed down there within a few days he called me back and told me that the place I had it at. misdiagnosed problem and said this is what's wrong have my car fixed in a few days. I did not tell him where the car was at I just wanted to see if you can figure out what was wrong with it and he did To the 7 months it's sat at Bill's Automotive John mechanic at Bagwell is an amazing mechanic and his sidekick can't say it enough about them and about the owner there I could probably go on and on but I won't but I'm just saying if you need a car a vehicle a truck or whatever worked on I would check this place out because their rates are better and the two guys they have their working on vehicles know their stuff. My credit is better now was thinking going to a new car lot. But as long as I got the same owner the same staff at the same mechanic this is where I will stay buying my vehicle I'm not saying make this your first stop for your last but if you're looking for a call or need something worked on make the stop can't remember the owner's name but he's always got on those Rock Revival Jeans so we'll just call him Rocky. He is a Class Act for an owner of a car lot that is a very rare thing to find. And I will say this about their sales staff they're not up your butt when you pull into the lot. Like that Dodge lot in Bentonville I'll let you look at the car when you're ready you can talk to them I guess I probably said enough bored you to death but if you get an opportunity check them out highly recommended
