My husband has a loan for an ATV with Arvest Bank and every time I call I feel like I'm not getting good customer service.I am not happy with this bank at all.Having trouble with the website and they charge to pay by phone.I scheduled auto pay and I receive a letter stating my payment is late.Not happy at all.
No Arvest bank branch here, just a check processing facility and back office buildings.
They are very friendly and helpful.
I called to try to get information, I was transferred to the "main" line, then the call was never answered, it rang and rang until I hung up. For the web page to say:
Now: Usually not too busy
They were apparently too busy to answer the phone.
